Smaller than I thought but the battery placement is prefect so you don't get bubbles on you when you change them. The bubbles are a little small too but children don't seem to notice.

Fantastic bubble blowing machine. The dog is cute and works great right out of the box, you can use the included screwdriver to open the door to add the batteries. The area to add bubbles can be hard to fill, but use the included bubble container with small applicator top to easily fill the toy. Then press the purple button and small bubbles will blow right out. If you overfill the dog the bubble solution will slosh out, but if you fill him on a flat surface and leave him out of reach you can add more bubbles and he will run longer. Our only issue is the toddler wants to hold him and with handling the bubble solution will pour out if he is overfilled. This leads to constant refilling-but this is not the toys fault but something for parents to think about a "no touch" rule as soon as it is opened.
